On mobile (screen width below 640px), the anchor appears to the right of the heading text instead.
• Added "Heading anchor symbol" setting (Post Page Style -> Heading anchor symbol) to customize the symbol displayed before heading anchor links. Leave empty to use the default #. Implemented via the --heading-anchor-symbol CSS custom property.
• Added "Heading anchor symbol raw output" setting (Post Page Style -> Heading anchor symbol raw output). When enabled, the anchor symbol value is written directly as the CSS variable value without quoting, intended for users familiar with CSS content property syntax.
• Added "Heading anchor icon" setting (Post Page Style -> Heading anchor icon) to select an icon from the Iconify icon library as the heading anchor. When configured, it takes precedence over the anchor symbol setting. The icon color automatically follows the theme's primary color.
